This is so impressive! I think the details you do have actually make it less creepy, more realistic. My only critique is that the abdomen looks sorta thin, especially from the profile view. Either that, or the pecs are too large. I just feel like, with a chest that size, your core muscles would be stronger (I could be completely misleading you; I only have basic anatomy knowledge, and that's pretty much only female anatomy)

But either way, this is very impressive! I especially love the collar bone, neck tendons, & bellybutton :]
