This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Really likes fan art done in your original style. Sounds really grumpy in her posts because she isn't good at taking complements. Is trying to improve but is aware of her hobby level abilities. Can handle constructive criticism.
Thanks for the reply. I admire your vector work. I work in illustrator all the time (live and breath it) but I really get as creative as your work. Truthfully I've never even held a commercial BJD so I feel like I'm re-inventing the wheel a lot with what I'm working on. I'm not sure how far your sci-fi fandom goes but I'm currently working on a Motie BJD. Its really exciting and challenging to develop a non-human doll.
If you have a chance to go to local meetups and see some dolls in person, I think you'll be really glad you did. We're a mainly Volks household now, since my fiancee used to live near the LA store, but I also have a Souldoll and an Unoa, as well as having had and sold several different CP molds. It's really amazing, once you start looking at the details, how many ways you can interpret each piece. You think you know how an elbow works, and then five different companies can show you ten different ways for an elbow to work. Some people think that looking at professional molds closely will ruin original sculpting, but I think it can only serve as inspiration--no two bodies (or heads, but that's more visible) are quite alike!
